Hello all:
Today something strange has happened at sks-keyservers.net/status/.
Yesterday, the keyserver.ispfontela.es server was in the "Servers in the
pool" list.
Suddenly it has disappeared and a server called eyserver.ispfontela.es
appears that has never existed.
After a few minutes, when refreshing sks-keyservers.net/status/,
keyserver.ispfontela.es appears again, this time in the "Servers
currently not in the pool" list. When looking at
https://sks-keyservers.net/status/info/keyserver.ispfontela.es the
following data appear:

Status for keyserver.ispfontela.es

SKS Software
Version 1.1.6
Server contact Not provided in status page
IPv6 No
Port 80 No
HKPS No
Keys 0
Key diff -4,902,259

In the statistics of my server

Statistics

Total number of keys: 4903561

The only change I've made has been to add 2 new peers

What has happened?

Seems the stats page is a non-standard one so it just fails scraping the
data.

Hi,

I would recommend that you use the new webinterface only in the /stats
location and keep the default interface on /pks/lookup?op=stats -
otherwise it breaks all scripts for querying/monitoring  keyservers.

Best regards,

Moritz

Hi all:

Problem solved.

There is a popular saying in my land:

"When the devil has nothing to do, his tail kills flies", which comes to
say more or less that when I get bored I start to fiddle and then
"strange" things happen.

Certainly when I saw the failure, the first thing I thought was that the
statistics were made using the scraping technique and 3 minutes after
publishing my post, Kristian responded by confirming my suspicions.

The error was in a modification I had made in the stats.ml file to
adjust the width of a table, which shows the number of keys stored in
the server.

Now I know you can not mess around with certain parts of the SKS code
unless you want to spoil it ... and I swear I do not want to.

Thank you very much to everyone for always being attentive and for
responding so quickly.
